Electrodes are produced by 2000t forging oil press and welded in the vacuum plasma welding chamber. Ingots are manufactured by double or triple melt in 3t self-consumable VAR Furnace. Their surfaces are subjected to machining. After that, the ingots are subjected to ultrasonic testing and quality inspection.

The chemical composition of the ingots can meet the requirements of ASTM, AMS, MIL, ISO standard, as well as the customer’s special requirements.
